How do I get a price for a vehicle or parts?
Each listing has an inquiry button. Tap it to send a WhatsApp message to our team with the listing details pre-filled. We respond with current export pricing, availability, and shipping cost estimates based on your destination.
Are the vehicles new or used?
Most vehicles on Zhixin are used vehicles from the Chinese domestic market. Mileage, registration year, and condition details are listed where available. Some near-new and dealer-stock vehicles with very low mileage are also listed.
What brands are available?
We list vehicles from Chinese domestic brands including BYD, Chery, Geely, SAIC, Great Wall, FAW, Dongfeng, Foton, Shacman, Sinotruk HOWO, and many more. Use the brand filter on the main listing page to search by manufacturer.
Can I order auto parts in bulk?
Yes. Wholesale and bulk orders for auto parts are welcome. Contact us via WhatsApp with the part numbers, quantities, and your destination — our team will provide minimum order quantities and export pricing.
Are specifications and images accurate?
Specifications and images are provided in good faith based on information from our suppliers. Always confirm the year, trim level, VIN details, and part compatibility with our team before placing an order. We recommend a pre-purchase inspection for high-value vehicles.
What documents are provided for vehicle export?
We can assist with Chinese export documentation including the vehicle title/certificate, certificate of origin, export customs declaration, and commercial invoice. Exact requirements vary by destination country — contact us to discuss your specific import requirements.
How long does shipping take?
Sea freight from China typically takes 15–35 days depending on the destination port. Africa (East and West) is generally 20–30 days; Southeast Asia 10–20 days; Middle East 15–25 days. Air freight is available for auto parts with shorter lead times.
